Platinum is the full package for up to 100 users, with a dedicated IT manager who will add value by consulting with you on compliance, procurement, and disaster planning. Your users will benefit from fast and efficient IT support whenever they need it – with a 15-minute response time from our engineer. You will have at least 6 visits per year just to run checks on your systems and ensure they are secure; our IT engineer will also install new equipment and help you to set up new staff members. Your IT manager is just like an in-house head of IT, responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all your business technology.
For a larger business of up to 50 users, our Gold package includes more regular visits – for the purposes of checking antivirus, carrying out updates, backing up data, and optimising all systems for optimum performance. We’ll also keep an IT asset inventory, in compliance with regulations. All your users have access to our IT helpline and remote support, which can be very useful when something happens in the middle of a video conference! There is no call-out charge and we’ll be on-site the next day for any repairs or advice. The Gold package is designed to keep your IT network running smoothly, with a 30-minute response window to any query.
For a smaller business, the Silver package covers IT support and call-outs for up to 25 users (on any devices). You will have Microsoft 365, and remote management to set up new users. We’ll be on-site at least four times a year to carry out an IT healthcheck, and perform preventative maintenance (like updates and tests) to help prevent cyber attack. Silver is a good all-round package that gives your users access to our friendly IT helpline, and the option to call out an engineer when you have any problems. It will give you confidence in your IT systems, plus the time to get on with your job – great for a small or growing business.
